Transform is a small engineering consulting company based in Houston, TX. We specialize in performing power system protection and reliability studies primarily at industrial refineries. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and innovative methodologies that make us among the best at what we do. We strive to work closely with clients and maintain complete transparency in all our data collection and analytics such that you know what we're doing and why we're doing it. Our goals as a company are to solve problems, prevent disasters, and maximize profits for our clients, and we hope to be afforded the opportunity to partner with you in seeing all these come to fruition at your refinery or industrial level power system.

Pete graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and from the University of Texas with an M.B.A. He currently oversees all aspects of the company. In his spare time, he enjoys tinkering with electronics and playing with his two daughters.
Kimberley Gnaedinger, PE
Engineering Studies Manager
Kim graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. She is currently leading our power systems analyses operations. In her spare time, she loves to travel with her husband and son, play with her dog Lexi, and try her hand at the culinary arts.
Ryan Boucher
Systems Engineering Manager

Ryan graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. His primary responsibilities include relay settings design, programming relay communication networks, and helping with overcurrent coordination. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys volunteering at church and spending time with his family.
Katey St-Martin
Operations Manager

Katey graduated from Colorado Mesa University with an M.A. in Education. She is responsible for human resources, along with financial and project management at Transform. In her spare time, Katey likes to do CrossFit, Peloton, and spend time with her husband and son.
